Give Me Feedback!

05 Ağustos 2021 • 2 view•
It's nice to write again after tiring and busy days. I started reading books recently and that's why I got excited about writing. That's why I've been thinking about what to write for two days. I wanted to write about a topic that I saw the effect of and suggested. Our topic is getting feedback. If you're ready, let's start.
If you're just starting out, you start asking questions like "What do I need to learn? What are my weak points? How am I doing on this topic?" At this point, getting feedback from the people you work with is effective.
Of course, every person you get feedback from can comment on you positively. That's why you can openly tell them to criticize you. Because this way, it becomes easier for you to see your shortcomings and chart your path accordingly. I can also say that this makes it easier to understand what kind of person you are from the outside.
After all, since we are in a teamwork, all issues from your relationship with people to the readability of the code you write are important. Because it is important to be in the same window completely and correctly. Therefore, you may not be aware of one of your shortcomings. Learning an outside opinion will always be effective.
In the interviews I have had so far, a few companies have asked me about my bad side or whether I receive feedback. In this way, they try to get to know their potential recruiters better and they care about it.
In short, we need to have a culture of giving and receiving feedback. In this way, we can build our environment and our future better and live a peaceful and beautiful life.
Good luck, sir...
