We are leaving another year behind and starting a new year with new hopes and goals. But first of all, what did we experience this year, what did we do, what did we learn... When you are living in the moment, you are not aware of it, but when you sit down and think, many things come to mind. You see that these experiences are what make you who you are.
I don't need to state my goals for 2021. What these are will become clear over time. So let's look at 2020.
Of course, 2020 was a bad year for humanity. Coronavirus, forest fires, explosions, earthquakes... it deeply affected all of humanity.
I shared 8 projects on Github
I haven't been very active in recent months because I started a new job. But before that, I created about 9 projects and shared them as open source. I have made a total of 941 commits this year. Some of them were mobile projects with react native, some were react and node.js projects. I also supported a widely used project on github by translating it into Turkish.
Hasura GrapHQL EngineSource Codes of Davetiyem.co Project
After putting my project on the shelf after about 1.5 years of publication, I said that this should not just be on the shelf and I shared the source codes openly.
API /w Node.js -
Front-end /w Next.jsWord Card Mobile Application
I wanted to share the source codes of a mobile application project that I prepared to learn English words easily.
WordBoxTwitter Bot
I shared the
Twitter bot that I used in my own project to support the article I wrote on Medium as open source on GitHub. I aimed to make it more understandable this way.
Replica Twitter Project
Since I write React in all my projects, I wanted to do a project with Vue. For this, I did the project I did with React before with Vue. I made it important for both projects to be
Twitter replica projects because in this way I could understand the difference between them more easily. I also wrote my thoughts about this difference as a blog.
In My Opinion: React and VueCovid App
The first application I made after watching the training set prepared by

New Things
Universities are being continued remotely due to the pandemic and since we are constantly at home, we have a lot of time for new things. Naturally, we need to make good use of this time.
The first thing I did was to buy a Rubik's cube and play with it for a bit. Then I focused and thought about how to solve it. But I couldn't come to a conclusion and watched a few videos on YouTube and understood the logic. After solving it a few times, I put it aside when I started not enjoying it.
I thought I should at least play an instrument and I made the first opening with the bağlama(Saz). After learning the notes, I made the opening with a few pieces and I am currently practicing with 7-8 pieces.
I started working as a part-time front-end developer at Bigdata Technology.
Special Thanks to Adem İlter
Thanks to the training sets he published on his
YouTube Channel, this year has been incredibly productive for me. I use the information I gained from there in my projects and work. That's why I would like to thank him from here.
